"Work it out through death"

Films: A Serial Killer's Guide to Life (2019)

Alias: None

Type: Natural

Location: Civilized Area

Height/Weight: That of an average human.

Affiliation: Evil

Summary: In the 2000s, we saw the tale of a man showing someone the ropes when it comes to mindless indulgence in murder. Many years later, we have ourselves one based more around clarity of purpose and peace of mind. That is, while carving a path of bloody destruction across the country.

History: Young Lou Farnt isn't having the best life. She is constantly trying out self-help methods, but she can't seem to escape her dreary lifestyle. Then she decides to leave home, and comes across Val Stone, an enigmatic woman who claims that she can show her the ultimate in therapy. However, Val turns out to be a particularly vicious serial killer, and she’s keen on having Lou follow in her footsteps. Over time, it seems that Lou might actually start to enjoy seeing exactly what Val is capable of as they go on a road trip across England and murder anyone who dares cross their path...

Notable Kills: Nothing special.

Final Fate: After killing a rather sleazy self-help guy, Lou ends up taking the lessons she learned from Val too far, and stabs her in the side. Val responds by shooting her in the abdomen. The two’s fate is left ambiguous, but it is implied that they are both dead, albeit satisfied with how everything panned out.

Powers/Abilities: None.

Weakness: Anything conventional.

Scariness Factor: 3-Throughout, Val remains an affable and supportive teacher. It doesn't distract from how she's grooming a girl into becoming just as bloodthirsty and cruel as she is. Pretty much no one survives an encounter with her, and in the end, it's perfectly demonstrated how murder pretty much erodes at any sides one might take. Someday, you just end up killing everyone.

Trivia: -Val was played by Poppy Roe. It is one of her most notable roles.

-This film was actually made by Poppy's relative, Staten Cousins Roe.
